Kyma's senior management team encompasses 148 years in the cruise business directly and numerous more in other maritime pursuits. The Kyma team represents invaluable experience and know-how in marine and technical operations, sales and marketing, cruise line onboard and shoreside administration, and finance and accounting. These key players, however, only represent the proverbial "tip of the iceberg" as to the cruise industry talent currently employed by or at the disposal of Kyma. As a testimony, the speed in which Kyma was able to position its team in Cunard so that the latter did not "miss a beat" when roughly 90% of the headquarters' staff did not make the move from New York to Miami, enabled Cunard to profitable in its first time in many years. Recently, Kyma & TMP were able to jump-start a Peaceboat Charter of the Mona Lisa in November of 2008 in less than a week; a full ship’s complement for Deck, Engine, and Hotel in less than seven (7) working days! Kyma also has the ability to draw upon a sizable cadre of shipboard personnel that are seasoned in all aspects of ship operations and are available at very short notice. The team has extensive experience with steam vessels as well as diesel. It has also successfully managed ships in all segments of the cruise industry - from budget through luxury.
